Design
Production drawing for visualizing the inner structure, professional designers make sure of products with the best proportion.
Frame Work
Using steel to make the internal support, steel frame welding to form the accurate skeleton shape,plus machinery and transmission, after mechanical structure frame completes, will anti-rust treatment. Then connecting the electronic components and testing the movements to ensure the mechanical frameworks well.
Sculpture
Cover the frame with the foam, Then experienced sculptors draw and sculpt the dinosaur outline. Most importantly, the outline of the ceature is created scientifically based on the data of paleontological knowledge.
Texture
Draw the dinosaur texture with soldering iron as per scientific paleontology data or customers’ requirement.
Skin Work
Coat and scrape the silicone on the dinosaur skin, nylon(silk stocking)could increase the strength of the dinosaur skin,also keep the texture is shown.
Finally, brush 3-4 layers of silicone on the skin, like a raincoat. it ensures our dinosaur water proof, sun proof, so all of our animatronic models can stay outdoor.
Painting
Spray the paint on the dinosaur skin as per the pattern of the animatronic dinosaur design, bring the dinosaur to life!

To transport large dinosaur models to your country, we will disassemble them to fit into containers. The container dimensions are 11.8 meters long, 2.3 meters wide, and 2.6 meters high. If the dinosaur exceeds 2.8 meters in height, we will cut the head and legs into pieces to fit the container for ocean shipment.
Upon arrival at your destination, there are two installation options:
1.Large Orders: If you order many large dinosaurs, we will dispatch an installation team to the site to carry out the installation and train your team on how to assemble and maintain these dinosaurs.
2. Small Orders: If you order only one or two large dinosaurs, we will provide a detailed video tutorial that guides you step-by-step through the installation process. It is easy to follow.
For small dinosaurs, they will arrive as a whole unit and do not require any installation.
